Vintage Must de Cartier Bordeaux Leather Coin Purse – Box, Certificate & Cloth

Beautiful vintage Must de Cartier coin purse crafted in Cartier’s signature deep Bordeaux/burgundy leather with gold-tone corner protectors.

This petite piece has wonderful old-school Cartier character, with the embossed double-C logo on the front flap and Cartier Paris stamped in gold beneath the snap closure. The expandable gusseted interior opens to provide easy access to coins or other small essentials while maintaining a remarkably slim profile when closed.

What makes this example particularly special is the accompanying vintage presentation set.

The certificate states that the article is made of leather, belongs to the Must de Cartier collection and was carefully inspected.

Condition:
Very good vintage condition with age-appropriate signs of previous use. The leather retains a beautiful rich Bordeaux color and soft sheen. There is light surface wear, minor edge/corner wear and other small marks consistent with the age of the piece. The interior presents very nicely and the snap closure is functional. Gold-tone corner hardware shows normal vintage wear.

The original box also shows some age and storage wear. Please review all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the condition description.
