All returns require prior authorization from Handbag Hannah.
Customers should contact hello@handbaghannah.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning merchandise.
Do not send merchandise to an address appearing elsewhere on our website, packaging, or original shipping label unless that address is specifically provided in your return authorization instructions.
